DELIVERY AND RETURN POLICY
DELIVERY
When choosing delivery to the specified address in Lithuania, a delivery fee is applied. The delivery fee is added to the total amount of the cart after entering the Buyer's delivery address. The specification of the delivery of goods, whether the product is delivered assembled or not, is indicated in the product description. The product is delivered within 1-3 days (in exceptional cases within 14 days, after informing the Buyer in advance). The Seller is fully responsible for the safe transportation of the product and its delivery to the address chosen by the Buyer.
When choosing to pick up the product at the physical address of MB "Hukas" Klaipėdos pl., Gobergiškės k., Klaipėdos r.sav. during the purchase, the delivery fee is not applied, the product is prepared for transportation. The Buyer assumes full responsibility for the selection of appropriate transport and safe transportation.
RETURN CONDITIONS AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The Buyer has the right to return the goods purchased in the online store hukas.lt within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the goods, notifying the Seller about this by e-mail pardavimai@hukas.lt. When contacting, it is necessary to provide the documents of purchase of the goods and indicate the bank account number to which the money should be returned.
The Buyer may exercise the provided right only if:
– the returned goods are of the same configuration as the Buyer received them;
– the returned goods are in the original packaging;
– the Buyer has the documents of purchase of the goods.
The Buyer must deliver the returned goods to the address: MB "Hukas", Klaipėdos pl., Gobergiškės k., Klaipėdos r.sav. The return costs are covered by the Buyer.
The money is returned to the specified bank account of the Buyer within 14 business days
from the date of return of the goods.
IMPORTANT: the following goods are not accepted back:
advance or special orders;
electrical appliances.
The Buyer, who believes that his rights have been violated, must contact the Seller in writing and state his requirements. The Seller must examine the request and provide a detailed, motivated written response no later than within 14 days. If the problem cannot be resolved, the Buyer has the right to contact the State Consumer Rights Protection Service.
Other, relevant information
SAFE INSTALLATION
– When installing MB "Hukas" products, it is recommended to wear appropriate protective clothing (safety glasses, gloves, dust mask), use appropriate work tools and follow the attached product installation instructions.
– First, make sure that the product package contains all the parts specified in the instructions, that nothing is missing, and that no element is damaged. In this case, if any parts of the product are missing, immediately inform the Seller.
– Prepare a suitable base for the wooden product - a concrete platform, a wooden frame on piles, or another stable base that protects the wood from soaking.
WOODEN PRODUCT CARE
– Wooden products require regular maintenance and surface treatment with paints and impregnations suitable for outdoor use. This protects against environmental influences - wood cracking and rotting, moisture absorption, and color changes.
– Over time, nuts and bolts may loosen. For safe use, regularly check the parts, tighten the bolts, and make sure that the wood is not cracked or has no knots.
LIABILITY
– The manufacturer is not liable for bodily injury due to improper or incorrect installation of the product, or failure to comply with the instructions in the attached instructions.
– The seller guarantees the quality of the products provided, the products are provided with a 1 (one) year warranty.
– Cracks in wood, blackening caused by natural environmental influences are not considered a wood defect, if this does not affect the strength of the wooden product structures. The natural environmental effects on wood are recognized as a phenomenon independent of the manufacturer, therefore, they do not give the seller any contractual obligations towards the buyer.
– The buyer ensures proper preparation of the product base and constant maintenance of the products.
– The seller is not liable for vandalism, neglect, misuse, improper installation, natural wear and tear, extreme weather conditions or accidental or consequential damage or use under other abnormal conditions.
– The Seller ensures that the product complies with the product description. If any defects are found in the product, the Buyer must inform the Seller immediately, and the Seller must eliminate the defects within 30 days of notification.
